Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as before 6 pm the day the order was placed, unless you place the order on the weekend. If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Nwoyé Brand, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. In addition, for the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be removed from your product refund.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Nwoyé Brand does not hold responsibility for packages that show complete delivery.

Orders will be received 3-6 business days from the date that the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, the order can still take up to a day to be processed. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Nwoyé Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Nwoyé Brand will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Return Policy

All sales are final. We only accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at Info@NwoyeBrand.com to alert us of the damage, and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nwoyebrand.com

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Nwoyebrand.com and return your defective item to us.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
